Harsh Environment Cameras
Probably the world's toughest fully functional Dome Camera, the Mic1-400 is machined from aluminium billet and is 6mm thick. This makes the Mic1-400 resistant to impact from stones, bricks, air gun pellets and even shot guns. Having been manufactured from AI alloy the unit is alocromed then 2 part epoxy coated for maximum protection. Shafts and fixings are stainless steel. The unit incorporates integral pan and tilt motor drive units. As an optional extra the unit can be supplied with a ballistic grade glass viewing window.
Hostile environments are not only created by crime but may also be due to environmental factors. Here also the Mic 1-400 is the Camera to consider. Available in stainless steel and being totally submersible it meets the requirements for installation in marine and other extreme environments.
These Vandal Resistant Cameras can move at 90 degrees per second and offer 360 degrees continuous rotation. Each Camera has at least 64 presets enabling automatic (32 steps) programming. The Mic400 Dome Camera is a combined Colour/Monochrome unit. This product can be switched from High-Resolution colour to Low Light Monochrome enabling users to have the best of both; Colour during the day and Low Light Monochrome at night. With an 18:1 zoom lens the Camera can give facial and number plate recognition at up to 88.2m (without digital zoom).

IP Cameras
IP is an abbreviation for Internet Protocol, the most common protocol for communication over computer networks and the internet. IP Cameras are also known as network cameras. Dome that creates digitized video streams and transfers via a wired or wireless IP network, enabling monitoring and video recording as far away as the network reaches. In other words, using an IP camera and IP Dome can save a lot of money on installation since most facilities are already wired with LAN cables. Wiring coaxial cables is the major expense when implementing analog cameras. Also, it allows users to have a camera and Dome at one location while view live video at another location over the network / internet.

Vandal Proof Cameras
The stylish VVRD4V9D/N is part of Vista’s popular VVR range of vandal resistant products. Housed in a stylish aluminium dome housing with tough Lexan bubble this dome has been tested to withstand a blow from a 12lb sledgehammer. Featuring a built-in switchable IR cut filter the VVRD4V9D/N produces an excellent quality colour image during the day, switching to a sharp monochrome image at night. The flexibility of the built-in 4-8mm varifocal lens, 12V DC/24V AC dual power supply and the ability to mount on wall or ceiling ensures that the units can be installed virtually anywhere for a variety of applications where the camera may be prone to attack, tampering or even in exposed harsh environments.

External PIR Detector
A passive infrared detector that simultaneously or individually controls cameras, VCR’s, DVR’s and all low voltage switching requirements.
The Elite offers a high level of adaptability. There are seven different modes of operation giving various permutations of normally open and normally closed arrangements for the two pairs of volt-free relays, plus a selection of timing and functional options for the relay changeover contacts. Other programmable parameters include the duration of timed changeover, a pulse count feature and a choice of detection ranges from 10 to 35 metres.
